more frozen precipitation

I can't even bring myself to say the word.

Ryan finished shoveling us out just in time for us to learn that another storm is headed right for us. Another 8-12 inches over the next 2 days. You have GOT to be KIDDING me!

Where are we going to put another 12 inches???? Frozen precipitation has mass, you know!

We're definitely a little winter-weary, but we're trying to see the bright side of things:
  • Another day home for Ry tomorrow! The federal government's shut down again!
  • Enrichment is canceled. (I'm trying not to sound too excited about this!) Does this convince you: :(
  • I should be able to go to the store and restock before the second wave hits tomorrow. Only problem, I'm so sick of sugar, I may buy nothing but green beans. And a puzzle.
See you in the spring.

You can send it all my way!!! Don't forget to pick up some extra quinoa and edamame at the grocery store :)

Another advantage : you have nothing to do but compile a funny steady stream of blog posts . . . a treat for us, at least. I hope there's food left at the store -- everyone might be craving green beans about now.

Craziness! Here's another bright side: save on your electric bill by unplugging your fridge/freezer and storing all your food outside.
