Tess had a mini-breakthrough tonight. This is the first time she's ever used her walker for its intended purpose. We are so proud of her!
P.S.--The washer & dryer are gone! Phew!

2017
Before 7 am this morning, Drew had already unwrapped and put on his Christmas Eve jammies. Drew’s defense: “What’s wrong? The package said open on Christmas Eve and TODAY is Christmas Eve!!!”
Drew: "Mom, can I make you a present for Christmas Eve?"
Me: "Umm, sure!"
Drew: "Can I use one of my old socks?"
Me: "Umm...."
Morley left some chocolates with a much-needed reminder for the kids to use kind words.
Drew reported: “Mom, you have to use sweet words with me cuz you love me and Morley said so.”
Not sure the message got through to him.
2015
Drew interrupted the dinner prayer and said, "You know at the end of the prayer you say, 'Name of Jesus Christ, Amen'? Don't say that part. Instead, say 'Happy New Year!'"
Miriam: "Why?"
Drew: "'Cause it's for Christmas!"

Brian says that the way she arches her back, he thinks she'll walk on her hands before she walks on her feet. I (mer) predict Feb 26th. Bri thinks it'll be May 5th. Lauren thinks "W" (that means tomorrow). Let us know!
I left you a comment on my blog after yours about using this walker. Gracie had this same one and never liked it. She walked on her own at 15 months. I think that Tess will probably do the same thing. Way to go Tess!
I have TRIED to be patient, but I have been Tess-less for 9 days and I'm going through withdrawal. Please post some Shnug!
