School has ended for Tess and her Summer Science camp has begun. I volunteered for a day and it was a blast! Lots of fun, exploring, discovering and playing. Tess' favorite is the giant wind bubble filled with sand at the bottom.

Half Birthday & Summer Science
Since Drew finally figured out the walking thing, we decided to let him turn 18 months old. Birthday festivities included of few of Drew's favorites: spaghetti, ice cream, strawberries, and the ABC song.
His 18-month check up went well. I can't even remember his stats (is he a second child, or what?), but he was in the 85th% for height and 75% for weight.

Now that Drew is 18 months old, he has a class of his own too. These pics are from his second week in Nursery, since the first week didn't go too well. Since I'm in there with him, he wanted me to hold him constantly. He gets pretty jealous when I attend to the other kids. He did a little better today, though, and sat in his chair for snack and coloring time.
And a little bit of the every day:

I noticed that Drew is coloring with his left hand in nursery class. Those pics of him are so adorable. What a little heartbreaker he is. And now that he can walk he will be even more popular with the girls!
Yep, Drew is definitely left-handed. Ry's sister Laura is left-handed and so is Wendy's brother.
Such cuties! Isaac is right-handed but insists on batting left. For some reason this makes Josh proud?
